By registering for a Spark Series in-person workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please review them carefully before completing your registration.
1. Registration & Payment

Your spot in the workshop is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration.

Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Workshop Attendance

The Spark Series workshops are in-person events held at 64 Hagley Park Road inside of Camera TechSource Studio. Location details and instructions will also be shared via email prior to the event.

You are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may miss key content and will not be refunded.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop date: Eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date: Non-refundable.

No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

In the event Spark Series must cancel or reschedule the workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future session (if available).
4. Health & Safety

Participants are expected to follow any health and safety guidelines in place at the venue (e.g., hygiene, mask-wearing if required).

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend and contact us in advance.
5. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and workshop content are the intellectual property of Spark Series.

You may not record, photograph, duplicate, or share workshop content without written permission.
6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. By attending, you agree to:

Treat all facilitators and fellow participants with respect

Avoid disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior

Follow instructions given by workshop facilitators or venue staff
Violation of this code may result in immediate removal from the workshop with no refund.
7. Limitation of Liability

Spark Series is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your registration.
8. Media Consent

We may take photos or videos during the workshop for promotional use. By attending, you consent to appearing in such media unless you notify us in writing in advance.
9. Changes to Terms
-
We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
