Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our workshop planning and preparation, we’ve established the following refund and cancellation policy for the Spark Series:

Refund Eligibility:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop date:
You are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date:
No refunds will be issued.

Non-Attendance:

If you do not attend the course (no-show), you will not be eligible for a refund or workshop credit.

Workshop Cancellation By Us:

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a course, all registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. You will be given the option to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to a future date (if available).

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
